Alan Stewart Carl is a freelance writer with wide interests and numerous credits. He began his career in copywriting and continues to make a living by providing marketing and advertising copy to clients across the country. He is also the lead contributor at the politically independent website Donklephant where he joyfully antagonizes both sides of the political aisle. His remarks have appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Salon.com, RealClearPolitics and elsewhere. Currently, he’s working towards an MFA in creative writing from Antioch University while raising two wild and beautiful children in San Antonio, Texas. He has recently been published in Flashquake and Convergence.
